This weekend we welcome Andy Noethe to the parish to speak to us about a ministry Holy Trinity is going to be partnering with. Please see the center pages of this bulletin for a full description of L’Arche and the
opportunities for us to participate.

As I have explained before, our former Ministry House is the new L’Arche Westside location and we look forward to welcoming community members to our parish. Andy is available after all our Masses to answer questions and will be hosting an informational gathering in our Fireside Rooms on Saturday, August 3 ^rd from 10:00-11:00am. Also, parishioner Maria Menor will serve as our “liaison” and local contact for L’Arche going forward — you can email her at [email protected].
 

Our response to the invitation for young folks to share in our music ministry is awesome. The workshop Ken and Mark hosted last weekend had 18 of our young folks participating. We extend an ongoing invitation to any of our youth, 6 ^th grade and older, to come Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm for continued coaching in ways of supporting our liturgy with music.
 

This weekend, we have a wonderful group of our High School students up in Spokane for the annual Steubenville NW conference. We have participated for the past 9 years in this and find it provides some great inspiration for our young folks and good leadership formation. Please be praying for them!

Congratulations to Channa Kim and Charlie Southwick, who were married here on August 26 ^th, and to Alyssa Walker and AJ Fazio, who were married here on August 27 ^th. Blessings to you and to all our married and engaged couples!
 

Last week, funeral services were held for Marquita Johnson. Funeral services are scheduled for Danny Allida on Monday, July 29 ^th at 10:00am, and for Hermadi Somadi on Tuesday, July 30 ^th at 11:00am. May their souls and all the souls of the faithful departed, rest in peace.
