Hello everyone! As you’ve no doubt noticed, Fr. Dave is back. When I talked to him earlier this week, he sounded REALLY relaxed — some of you may need to poke him if he falls asleep during Mass. Or, you could just let him sleep and try your hand at these three riddles. See what you can do!
 

A man decides to quit his job, so he turns off the lights and walks out of the room. 200 people die.  Why do 200 people die?
 

A man dies of thirst in his own home. How is this possible?
 

A man walks into a bar and asks for a glass of water. The bartender pulls out a shotgun and points it at him. The man says, “thank you,” and leaves. Why?

Answers:

The man is a lighthouse operator or an air-traffic controller.  Either answer works!

The man lives on a houseboat, and has drifted into the middle of the ocean. 

The man who walks into the bar has the hiccups. The scare he receives when he sees the shotgun pointed at him cures them.
